Cloudcards Launches “Utilisation iQ” to Automate Monthly Aircraft Billing

Cloudcards today announced the launch of the latest product within their suite of software solutions, Utilisation iQ.  The solution automates the collection, checking and verification of Lessee utilisation data, driving accurate, faster billing. It is the latest evolution of the cloudcards Asset Management System (AMS) and is available as a premium add-on to the cloudcards AMS but can also be purchased as a stand-alone product.

Bill Blake, cloudcards CEO commented “We understand the significant challenges that our clients face each month processing utilisation data. The process is slow, consuming skilled resources, and every manual step is a chance for an error that delays an invoice.  The Utilisation iQ solution will drive operational efficiencies and as a result will deliver significant savings for all businesses using the solution”.

The Utilisation iQ solution has launched with several key features.  Firstly, it allows users to drag and drop a portfolio’s worth of Lessee reports in one go. Every figure is verified against the master asset register, and nothing is committed until the team has signed it off.

Additionally, it will automatically reconcile and verify data against the operator’s reported figures, using flight data independently provided by Flightradar24. This allows all queries to be settled before invoice day rather than disputed after it. Billing built on verified data means fewer rejected invoices, disputes and corrections.

Utilisation iQ is also a risk tool. It has the ability to detect early signs of airline distress, alerts users when an aircraft enters restricted airspace and logs exposure to harsh environments. It is delivered as a modular upgrade to the AMS on Microsoft Azure’s secure infrastructure.

Launching the all-new Utilisation iQ at the Airline Economics conference in New York, Bill Blake, CEO said: “We listened to our clients when they told us that utilisation reporting is one of the most time-consuming and error-prone parts of their month. With Utilisation iQ, we have taken the effort out of that process and given Lessors verified data they can bill on with confidence.”
