Asset Manager is built on 16 different modules, covering all the Lessor/ Asset Owner requirements including asset overview, lease details, all financial management functions, utilisation, maintenance reservice management and technical oversite.

The cloudcards asset management system has a sophisticated, powerful reporting module, with a rich suite of dashboards configured to your requirements. These reports & dashboards provide a single view to drive alignment across different departments. All the key data points are available to users while the reports are configurable and adaptable based on your specific needs.
AMS from cloudcards has the ability to manage all asset types and subsystems including all Asset types, Engines, APUs and landing gears and other non-aviation assets.

Our Document Manager platform is fully integrated with the cloudcards CARDS solution, providing an end-to-end document management & aircraft transition solution. This platform offers several unique and differentiating features versus competitor and generic document storage systems such as OCR & Google AI recognition, advanced permission structures, cognitive search indexing, folder and file upload & download and many more.

CARDS Transition Software

CARDS Transitions Software was the original software platform within the cloudcards portfolio. It was developed in 2013 and upgraded in 2023 onto MS Azure to drive efficiency in the redelivery process & provide remote records access.

Through using our Project Manager solution, it allows your organisation to minimise potential for miscommunication & ambiguity which can lead to costly delays. The Project Manager software allows you to have all information stored in one location.

Used in over 450 redeliveries the system has been continually refined based on customer requirements since its initial launch in 2013.  Available in 35 languages, it is extremely user friendly & training is provided to ensure engagement from all parties.

Loan Management

Cloudcards Loan Management software is a flexible system than manages all types of sector loans, either connected to an asset or standalone.  The system allows users build up the full loan schedule, build in the layers of entities, create multiple loan types, track versus thresholds and covenants, invoice for the loan and track allocate payments.
